If your scanner stops working by itself, we’ll repair it under warranty. If the cause of the breakdown is accidental, we’ll repair it for a small fee instead. This repair coverage is available once per 12-month period.
In short, yes. Accidents occuring in normal use conditions are covered by our V.I.Peel plan and are entitled to 1 repair at reduced cost per 12 month period; certain conditions apply.
You will be offered to renew your plan before it expires to keep benefiting from the V.I.Peel advantages.
Yes. Although Peel 3 scanners come with a 1 year standard warranty, if you immediatly subscripe to V.I.Peel at point of sale, you immediatly benefit from the advantages (upgrade of your warranty plan) and get a 1 year V.I.Peel afterwards (2 years total)
